1⁄2 peeled, frozen or fresh banana
1⁄4 cup milk, your choice
1⁄4 cup black or herbal tea, or unsweetened coconut water, chilled
1⁄4 cup frozen berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
