Rise and shine! Starting your day with this high protein breakfast shake will have you feeling energized and ready to take on anything. It has berries, banana, and a touch of vanilla to sweeten it up. Packed with protein and vitamins, it's healthy and delicious, so you can start your day off on the right foot.

Ingredients

  • 12 peeled, frozen or fresh banana
  • 14 cup milk, your choice
  • 14 cup black or herbal tea, or unsweetened coconut water, chilled
  • 14 cup frozen berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend, or 1 cup Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
