Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Lightly spray a 9 x 13" pan with vegetable oil.
Melt butter in large bowl. Add both sugars and cocoa and stir well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract.
Whisk together flour and baking powder. Combine both mixtures, add walnuts and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
