Kids will love the sweet, vanilla flavour with subtle notes of cocoa. The deep red colour comes from all-natural beetroot powder!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Ruby Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 12 cup chocolate chips, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. In large bowl, combine cupcake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Using 2 tbsp as a guide, scoop batter into balls and place on pan 1" apart.
  3. Bake 12 min, or until edges start to brown slightly. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
  4. Store leftover cookies in the refrigerator with parchment paper inserted between layers of cookies to prevent sticking.
