Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers, cut in quarters
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place peppers, oil, and dip mix in a Rectangular Steamer and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
  2. Puree in a food processor with salt, if desired.
  3. Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill or serve warm.
