Red Pepper Jelly & Tea-glazed Pork Chop
Fruity and savoury, these pork chops are great for a family dinner or entertaining!
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot heat apple juice. Remove from heat, add tea, and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and set apple tea aside.
Sprinkle pork chops with herbes provençales, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper.
Preheat a frying pan to medium. Add vegetable oil and fry pork chops for 3–5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Pour apple tea into pan and stir vigorously to incorporate all bits. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Red Pepper Jelly and stir. Once fully incorporated, return pork chops and any juices.
