Red Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Season both sides of chicken breasts with Salt and Pepper. Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast for approximately 25 minutes.
Heat a frying pan to medium low; melt butter and Red Pepper Jelly. Stir in lemon juice and set glaze aside.
Brush glaze over chicken and place under broiler for 4 minutes. Turn over, apply remaining glaze and broil until crisp and pleasantly browned.
