Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 12 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Havana Club white rum
  • 1 oz white cranberry juice
  • 3 fresh whole mint leaves
  • ice cubes, to fill shaker

Preparation

  1. Pour first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake well for 8–10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a martini glass and serve.
