Ingredients

  • 12 crackers, such as rice, matzo, or your favourite
  • 12 tbsp goat cheese or cream cheese
  • 12 fresh or roasted Campari tomatoes, halved
  • Red Garlic Topper or Pizza Seasoning, to taste

Preparation

  1. Spread cheese over crackers; top with tomatoes.
  2. Generously shake on topper.
