Raspberry Salsa
This recipe makes a perfect refreshing in-season topper for chicken and fish burgers.
Ingredients
2 cups raspberries, chopped
1 - 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
1 - 2 tsp fresh mint, chopped – optional
Preparation
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
