Ranch Fish Stick Wraps
A heart-healthy fish dish made in a flash.
Ingredients
4 Ranch Fish Sticks
1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1⁄2 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 lb (450 g) fresh or frozen white fish fillets, such as cod, haddock, or tilapia
1 tsp oil, for brushing
4 whole-grain wraps
1⁄2 cup Guacamole, prepared
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
lime juice, optional
1 cup lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
Reheat Epicure's Ranch Fish Sticks in a frying pan. Set aside.
Top wraps with Guacamole, ranch fish sticks, lettuce and tomato. Fold and serve.
