A heart-healthy fish dish made in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 4 Ranch Fish Sticks
  • 12 cup plain yogurt
  • 12 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 12 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh or frozen white fish fillets, such as cod, haddock, or tilapia
  • 1 tsp oil, for brushing
  • 4 whole-grain wraps
  • 12 cup Guacamole, prepared
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • lime juice, optional
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

  1. Reheat Epicure's Ranch Fish Sticks in a frying pan. Set aside.
  2. Top wraps with Guacamole, ranch fish sticks, lettuce and tomato. Fold and serve.
