Sometimes it’s okay to splurge! This filling breakfast bowl will leave you wanting for nothing. Surprisingly sweet and savoury, this balanced bowl has a full serving of greens. Don’t forget to top it off with your favourite antioxidant-rich fruits and berries!

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 12 cup chopped pineapple
  • 12 chopped frozen banana
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop kiwi.
  2. In a blender, combine kiwi, spinach, pineapple, banana, water, protein blend, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Turn into a bowl; arrange toppings to look like a rainbow, if desired.
