Raging Cajun Strawberry & Cool-as-a-Cucumber Smoothie
Sneak in a little cajun for a subtle fiery kick. Bonus: its capsaicin content provides healthful antioxidants.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1⁄2 cup chopped cucumber
1⁄2 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend , or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fruit juice, your choice
cajun seasoning, to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you like it thicker, simply add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, simply add water.
