Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted olives (like Kalamatas or Sicilian)
  • 1 recipe prepared Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Finely chop olives and place in serving bowl.
  2. Combine with prepared Pesto Sauce and serve with your favourite crackers, or plain crostinis.
