Quick Pesto Tapenade
Ingredients
2 cups pitted olives (like Kalamatas or Sicilian)
1 recipe prepared Pesto Sauce
2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Finely chop olives and place in serving bowl.
Combine with prepared Pesto Sauce and serve with your favourite crackers, or plain crostinis.
