Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
  • Tortilla chips, crumbled, to garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Top each serving with crumbled tortilla chips.
