Ingredients
2 tbsp softened butter
2 cups icing sugar
1⁄4 cup liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp light cream, and an extra 1 tbsp if required
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Cream butter, stir in icing sugar. Beat in egg, and add enough cream to make a spreadable consistency.
Flavour with vanilla extract
Makes enough icing for one 9" (23 cm) square pan.
