Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 14 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 1 tbsp light cream, and an extra 1 tbsp if required
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Cream butter, stir in icing sugar. Beat in egg, and add enough cream to make a spreadable consistency.
  2. Flavour with vanilla extract
  3. Makes enough icing for one 9" (23 cm) square pan.
