Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) diced beets, including liquid
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Onion
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • sour cream, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce temperature, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
