Quick Arrabbiata Spaghetti
A spicy pasta for a quick dinner or side dish. Make it a meal by adding shrimp.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
1 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix or Chili Seasoning
4 anchovy fillets, optional
2 tbsp dry parsley
crushed chilies, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, Marinara Sauce Mix and anchovy fillets, if desired. Heat until aromatic.
Remove from heat, add parsley, crushed chilies and drained cooked pasta. Toss well and season with Salt and Pepper.
