Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) crushed tomatoes
1 pkg Ooey Gooey Queso Dip Mix , or Queso Blanco Hot Dip Mix
1 1⁄2 cups milk
1 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese, divided
3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
3 cups uncooked, bite-sized pasta, like penne or rotini
Preparation
In Multipurpose Steamer, place turkey, crushed tomatoes, dip mix, milk, 1⁄2 cup Pepper Jack cheese, and sauce mix. Using the Ground Meat Separator, mix thoroughly. Cover and microwave on high for 8 min.
Meanwhile, add pasta to Multipurpose Pot with boiling water. Cook 5 min (pasta will be undercooked). Drain and set aside.
When sauce is cooked, stir in pasta. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 7 min, or until pasta is tender.
For softer pasta, let rest in steamer for 3 min after microwaving and before removing lid.
