Pure & Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Treat yourself. Take a break with a warm chocolate chip cookie and a glass of milk.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup sugar
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup soft butter
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 12 cup dark Belgian chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Cream together both sugars and butter. Add egg white and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine flour with baking soda and gradually add to other ingredients. Fold in Belgian chocolate.
  4. Drop teaspoon-sized spoonfuls onto a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and bake 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
