A delicious perfectly balanced breakfast that will start your day off right and keep you full until lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 12 cup pumpkin purée
  • 12 cup sliced frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 1 tsp almond butter or coconut oil
  • 14 tsp Apple Pie Spice

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or Shaker.
