Pulled Pork Tacos

Fast and easy, tacos make an ideal meal any night of the week – especially when you have leftovers of Pulled Pork!

Ingredients
  • 8 taco shells

  • 1 12 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, prepared and heated

  • 1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 12 cup vinegar

  • 12 cup brown sugar

  • 14 cup water

  • 5 lbs (2.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder or butt roast

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheese

  • 1 lime

Instructions
  • Divide pulled pork between taco shells.

  • Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.

  • Serve each with a lime wedge – a fresh squeeze of lime adds a delicious, authentic Mexican flavour to your tacos.
