A super-quick supper solution for Pulled Pork leftovers!
Ingredients
1⁄4 recipe prepared Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning
1 cup ketchup
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup water
5 lbs (2.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder or butt roast
4 whole-wheat crusty buns
Preparation
Reheat Pulled Pork until heated through.
Top bottom halves of buns with 1 serving of Pulled Pork. Place top bun halves on top. Serve hot.
