Pulled Pork Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing
1⁄3 cup milk
1 cup Creamy Ranch Dip, prepared
3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 (12 in/30 cm) thin whole-wheat pizza crust
1 1⁄2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning
1 cup ketchup
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup water
5 lbs (2.5 kg) boneless pork shoulder or butt roast
1 bell pepper
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup grated partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
Place pizza crust on crisper or a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
Spread Ranch Dressing over pizza crust.
Top with ‘dollops’ of Pulled Pork. Sprinkle with peppers and onions, then top with mozzarella.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
