Fish is an excellent source of lean protein and a great way to get heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 12 cup adobo sauce

Preparation

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, marinate fish in adobo sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to at 350° F (175° C).
  3. Place fish in foil packages and seal. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve.
