Puerto Rican Adobo Steamed Fish

Ingredients
  • 4 white fish fillets

  • 12 cup adobo sauce

Instructions
  • In a medium-sized bowl, marinate fish in adobo sauce for at least 15 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to at 350° F (175° C).

  • Place fish in foil packages and seal. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve.
