Provençal Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  • 14 cup vinegar or white wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Herbes Provençales

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 8 lamb loin chops (or 4 sirloin steaks, 4 pork chops or 4 chicken breasts)

Instructions
  • Whisk together vinegar, Herbes Provençales, crushed garlic, olive oil and Sea Salt and Pepper. Add lamb chops, turning to coat.

  • Marinate for up to 4 hours. Grill over medium heat, turning once and basting during cooking. Cook 6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
