Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour or finely ground almonds
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas until pudding-like consistency.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Place batter in Rectangular Steamer and microwave, with lid off, 8–10 min, or until a toothpick pulls clean when tested. Enjoy!
