  • 12 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 12 sweet potato, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Arrange all ingredients except dressing on a plate, or in a bowl or mason jar. Serve drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
