  • 1 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1⁄2 cup 2% vanilla yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
