Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour, your choice
  • 2 scoops Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 12 cup oil
  • 14 cup jam
  • Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix , to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (205° C). Brush a Muffin Maker with vegetable oil and place on a Sheet Pan.
  2. Whisk first four ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and oil.
  4. Using a spatula gently stir wet ingredients into dry until just moistened. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin pan cavity 1⁄4 full. Drop in 1 tsp jam, then more dough.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Once cooked, use a basting brush to brush tops with water, and top with Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
