Power Up Salted Caramel Mocha

A cool and frosty pick-me-up. Bananas and dates create a rich, caramelly experience, mixed with a boost from protein powder. For a sweeter version, add vanilla extract.

Ingredients
  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1 heaping cup ice cubes

  • 12 cup cold coffee

  • 12 cup milk, your choice

  • 1 scoop Power Up Salted Caramel Protein Blend

  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 12 tsp vanilla extract, optional

Instructions
  • Coarsely chop dates. Slice banana into chunks. Place both in a blender.

  • Add ice cubes, coffee, milk, protein blend, cocoa powder, and vanilla, if using.

  • Cover and blend until just slushy; add more milk, as needed, to reach desired consistency. Pour into chilled glasses.

Tips
