Potato Pie

Sylvie used to serve this to her children when they were growing up; fond memories of this cozy dish linger.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 23 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 1 cup light sour cream

  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • 1 egg

  • 1 — 9” prepared pie shell

  • 13 cup grated partly-skimmed mozzarella

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

  • Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Spread evenly in bottom of 9" pie shell. Top with mozzarella and then rough up with a fork to form peaks for browning. Bake for about 45–55 minutes, until hot.
