Sylvie used to serve this to her children when they were growing up; fond memories of this cozy dish linger.
Ingredients
2 cups Garlic Mashed Potatoes
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
2⁄3 cup milk
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt, to taste
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 egg
1 — 9” prepared pie shell
1⁄3 cup grated partly-skimmed mozzarella
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Spread evenly in bottom of 9" pie shell. Top with mozzarella and then rough up with a fork to form peaks for browning. Bake for about 45–55 minutes, until hot.
