Popcorn Fish Bites
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine Pakora Mix with 1⁄2 cup hot water and lemon juice. Let stand 5 minutes.
Season fish with salt; fold into mixture along with zucchini.
Preheat large frying pan over medium heat; add oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan; flatten slightly. Cook until golden on both sides. Serve with tartar sauce, Lemon Dilly Dip, or your favourite aioli.
