Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pakora Mix
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 10 oz (285 g) cubed fish, about 2 cups
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine Pakora Mix with 1⁄2 cup hot water and lemon juice. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Season fish with salt; fold into mixture along with zucchini.
  3. Preheat large frying pan over medium heat; add oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan; flatten slightly. Cook until golden on both sides. Serve with tartar sauce, Lemon Dilly Dip, or your favourite aioli.
