Ingredients
6 potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
SPG Seasoning, to taste, optional
1⁄2 recipe prepared Popcorn Chicken Bites
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 tbsp oil
1 pkg Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix
1 cup prepared Savoury Herb Gravy
2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
1 cup cold water
1⁄2 recipe prepared Fresh Cheese, crumbled, or 1 cup cheese curds
4 cups milk or soy milk
2 tbsp lemon juice , or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar
1⁄2 tbsp Sea Salt , or 1 tbsp dip mix, your choice
1 tbsp your favourite Nutritional Yeast or Whole Food Topper, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Cut potatoes into fry-shaped pieces. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
Drizzle with oil and lightly toss using a Grip & Grab. Sprinkle with seasoning, to taste, if desired.
Bake for 40 min or until crispy. Add chicken bites for the last 10 min of baking.
Place in bowls. Drizzle with gravy and crumble cheese on top. Sprinkle with topper blend.
