Pizza and zucchini haven’t been close culinary friends, until now! Crispy fries meet iconic pizza flavours. And hey, we’re not in the habit of telling you what to do, but you should really try dunking these in warm Marinara Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis, cut into thin sticks
  • 1 egg white
  • 14 cup 2% milk
  • 12 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning, or your favourite
  • 12 cup panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C)
  2. Whisk egg white with milk in a small bowl.
  3. Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasoning in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip zucchini sticks into egg mixture, and then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on a crisper and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
