Philly-Style Cheesesteak
This is the sandwich to serve on game day! Gather your best buds and grab a large stack of napkins (we load up on the filling in these hoagie rolls). Serve with few cold drinks and cheers the City of Brotherly love for this ultimate sammie.
Ingredients
2 bell peppers
1 small yellow onion
1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced beef strips
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
1 pkg Philly-Style Cheesesteak Seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
6 hoagie rolls, toasted
Preparation
Preheat oven 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Slice peppers and thinly slice onion. In a large bowl, combine peppers, onion, beef, mushrooms, oil, and seasoning. Toss until well coated.
Arrange in a single layer on pan as best you can. Roast for 15 min.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Place back in oven and roast 2 min or until cheese melts.
Serve in hoagie rolls.

Tips
To easily slice steak into thin pieces, freeze until it's just firm but not completely frozen, 30-45 min.
Hoagie rolls are long, flat buns. Swap in mini sub buns or hot dog buns.
