Pesto Sun-dried Tomatoes with Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely diced
  • 1 (4 oz/125 g) wheel of Brie or Camembert cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix together Pesto Sauce Mix and hot water and let stand 5 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Place Brie in mini baker and spoon mixture overtop. Microwave on high for 2–2 1⁄2 minutes.
