Pesto Sun-dried Tomatoes with Brie
An easy, impressive, delicious appy, ready in minutes!
Ingredients
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tbsp hot water
3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely diced
1 (4 oz/125 g) wheel of Brie or Camembert cheese
Preparation
Mix together Pesto Sauce Mix and hot water and let stand 5 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes.
Place Brie in mini baker and spoon mixture overtop. Microwave on high for 2–2 1⁄2 minutes.
