Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1⁄2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
Preparation
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. When butter is bubbling, add chicken breasts and cook 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Pour in orange juice, Salsa and Pesto Herb Mix and simmer for 10 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
