Pesto Crispy Chicken

If you love herbaceous greens, you probably already have Pesto Sauce or Paris Bistro Sauce on your weekly meal prep to-do list. Make sure to double it up the week you plan on making this recipe. It’s incredibly simple to make, but with restaurant quality flavour.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 12 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix

  • 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning or Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

  • 12 cup prepared Pesto Sauce or Paris Bistro Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 14 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Sauce Mix, shake jar before use

  • 14 cup water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.

  • Gently pound chicken between sheets of plastic wrap to even thickness.

  • Combine mix with seasoning, salt, and pepper until well-combined, and place crumb mixture on a plate.

  • Rub each chicken breast with 1–2 tbsp prepared sauce, and press in the crumbs to thoroughly coat. Arrange chicken on pan and bake, approximately 20 minutes turning once, or until chicken is cooked.
