Crostini is Italian for “little toasts.” Try them topped with this savoury blend of ingredients.
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
1 can/jar (6 oz/170 ml) marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner and, using a spray pump, lightly spray with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mound 1 tbsp onto toasted baguette slices and broil until heated through.
