Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 parsnips, peeled and cut into thinly sliced coins
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice, or Poudre Douce
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry parsnips until tender and golden. Sprinkle with spices and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
