Peppery Maple Salmon Wraps

Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3s that promote heart health and overall well-being.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole-grain tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 Peppery Maple Salmon, portions prepared and sliced
  • 3 tbsp Salmon Rub
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 (5 oz/150 g) salmon fillets
  • 1 - 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 12 tbsp Honey Mustard

Preparation

  1. Place a wrap on each plate.
  2. Place 1⁄4 cup of lettuce on the right half side of the tortilla. Top with Peppery Maple Salmon and drizzle with Honey Mustard.
  3. Bring the left side of the tortilla over the right, wrap, roll, slice and serve.
