Peach & Raspberry Compote

Ingredients
  • 4 peaches

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice

  • 1 tsp grated lemon, lime, or orange peel

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
  • Peel and chop peaches.

  • In Multipurpose Steamer, combine peaches, raspberries, sweet dip mix, Apple Pie Spice, and lemon peel. Cover; microwave on high until fruit is tender, 3–5 min.

  • Place compote into four serving dishes. Top each with 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt and serve.
