Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely diced peaches

  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • cilantro, optional

  • Sea Salt

  • squeeze of lemon juice, optional

Instructions
  • Sprinkle peaches with Salsa Mix and cilantro, if desired.

  • Coarsely mash, then stir in tomatoes and a minced shallot, if desired.

  • Season with Sea Salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
