Pasta with Cabbage and Bacon

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) long pasta, any kind

  • 6 strips bacon, cut into thick matchsticks (julienned)

  • 1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

  • 1 small Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 1 - 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sauté bacon until about half done. Add Marinara Sauce Mix and heat until aromatic. Add cabbage and toss well.

  • Stir in hot pasta and white wine vinegar, tossing to evenly coat. Season with Salt and Pepper before serving.
