Pasta Pronto with Black Olives

Ingredients

  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 14 cup fresh tomatoes, diced, or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 14 cup Greek-style black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 14 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Toss into any hot pasta. Top with crumbled Feta cheese. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
