Pasta Pronto with Black Olives
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
1⁄4 cup fresh tomatoes, diced, or cherry tomatoes, halved
1⁄4 cup Greek-style black olives, pitted and sliced
2 cups cooked pasta
1⁄4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Toss into any hot pasta. Top with crumbled Feta cheese. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
