Never be bored of veggies again! A simple staple recipe that you can dress up any night of the week. Eating veggies could not be easier or more delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed vegetables
  • 12 cup Pesto Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Place veggies in a Multipurpose Steamer. Microwave on high for 3–5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  2. Serve drizzled with finishing sauce.
