Parmesan and Herb Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 34 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and Pesto Sauce Mix on a plate.
  3. Brush both sides of chicken with Dijon-style mustard. Coat both sides with crumb mixture. Place coated chicken breast on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
