Parmesan and Herb Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
3⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and Pesto Sauce Mix on a plate.
Brush both sides of chicken with Dijon-style mustard. Coat both sides with crumb mixture. Place coated chicken breast on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
